Weight Watchers Banana Split Cake
Crust: Line a 13x9 dish with low fat graham crackers
Filling: Prepare 2 (4 serving) packages of sugar- free instant vanilla pudding. Pour pudding on top of graham crackers.
Layer the following in the order given:
2 sliced bananas
12 T. fat free Cool Whip
2 c. sliced strawberries
1 c. drained crushed pineapples
2 T. coconut
Chill several hours. Serves 15.
